Application Area

This machine is used in the processing of sheet metal corner moulding such as cold-rolled plate ,aluminum plate ,stainless steel plate ,copper plate etc.
Widely used in the switching door ,cover plate ,aluminum single panel curtain wall , switchboard ,container cover, household appliances ,instruments and other fields.

Technical Features

The machine adopts automatic positioning sensing device,the door panel will be put into the forming inner mould by operator or robot ,then the door panel will be reset to the two sides of the mould by mechanical arm ,two sides of the door panel touches the positioning sensor ,then the plane sensing device sends signal that positions of the door panel and mould are correct ,the machine will start corner forming automatically , the success rate is 100% ,manual dragging mode has been changed ,once the door panel is manually put on its side , the workpiece will be scrapped.

The forming and shearing is finished separately in two working position;

Install safety light curtain protection to make the production process more safe and humanistic;

The accuracy of different thickness is controlled by Fuji servo motors;

Parameters is adjusted through touch screen, some other movement is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC.A set of mould is with the machine ,including :rolling mould ,square mould ,shear knife of a corner radius.

The machine owns twin shear function,the integrated shearing and forming function can be chosen in mass production ,the corner can be formed and sheared without changing shearing position,saving physical capability .when the production is of great variety ,in small batch ,the separated forming and shearing function can be chosen ,when the flange height is below 30mm, the flange height can be flexible and changeable ,the workpiece can be finished directly just change the station to shear after the corner is
